Curtis O. Hill

Over the past two decades Dr. Curtis Hill has dedicated himself to service as a higher education professional who gleaned valuable work experience in both areas of Academic and Student Affairs. His work in higher education includes serving as an administrator, faculty, and professional support staff member. Dr. Hill’s final administrative tenure included serving as a Vice President of Student Services in the states of Arkansas and Texas. He successfully launched an educational consulting business in 2008. His consulting business partnered with multiple higher education institutions that included Texas A&M University-Commerce and Dallas College (formerly known as Dallas Community Colleges).

His latest business venture morphed when he became a Licensed Professional Counselor where he offers counseling, coaching, and consulting services under the brand Relationships Refocused. He has conducted seminars and training workshops at the local, regional, and national levels on various topics ranging from Anger Management, Victoriously Single, Relationship Strongholds, Safe Conversation Dialogue, and Leadership. He earned a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Administration from Baylor University, and a Master of Science degree from Texas A&M University – Commerce where he majored in Guidance & Counseling with an emphasis in Student Affairs Practice in Higher Education.
