Kassidi O’Gorman, MA, LPC-S

Kassidi is a current graduate student at Grand Canyon University where she is completing her degree in Counseling, with an emphasis in Childhood and Adolescent Disorders. She has experience working with children, teens, and their families – whether it is to overcome challenges with communication, trouble managing emotions or behaviors, or to reinforce resilience within a person, Kassidi is devoted to helping others meet their goals and needs.

After graduating from Eastern New Mexico University with a degree in psychology, Kassidi moved to Texas with her husband and worked at a youth residential treatment center for adjudicated youth. During this time, she developed skills to assist troubled youth, helping them achieve goals to lead productive lives, develop their skills to effectively communicate with family and peers, and to manage their feelings and behaviors. In order to continue to pursue her passion to help others, Kassidi is committed to learning further counseling skills with Kimberley Montgomery, LPC-S, as her supervisor at Therapy Inspired.
